The Blue Shark, also known as the Great Blue Shark, is a requiem shark and part of the Caracharhinidae family. They average around 10ft long and prefer the cooler waters, they are also listed as near threatened by the IUCN.

The navy and neon pink cords and beads are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and represent the dual threats of plastic pollution and overfishing that are causing hammerheads to disappear from our oceans. 

The bracelet has two charms, the shark charm which symbolizes the donation made to partnered charity, and the '4O' charm that represents the pound of trash that you help remove from the ocean and your commitment to ending the ocean plastic crisis.
