The hammerhead shark, so-called due to the structure of their head which is flattened and laterally extended into a hammer shape, can be found worldwide in warmer waters along coastlines. Unlike most other sharks, they usually swim in schools during the day and become solitary hunters at night. 

This limited edition Hammerhead Shark braided bracelet is a partnership between 4Ocean and One Ocean Diving, Research & Conservation to help raise awareness about the threats facing these magnificent predators. As with all other bracelets, for every one sold, 4Ocean will pull one pound of trash from the ocean, rivers, and coastlines and donate to their partners. 

The light and dark grey cords are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and represent the dual threats of plastic pollution and overfishing that are causing hammerheads to disappear from our oceans. 

The bracelet has two charms, the hammerhead shark charm which symbolizes the donation made to partnered charity, and the '4O' charm that represents the pound of trash that you help remove from the ocean and your commitment to ending the ocean plastic crisis.
