A tangy chocolate made with beans grown in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo. Our lucky tiger tasters told us this bar makes them think of the rainforest, with it's juicy mango and intensely floral bee pollen. It's exciting and surprising with an interesting texture. They found 'zingy!' to be the best word to describe this wild card of a bar. It would pair wonderfully in recipes with fresh fruit, or make a imaginative homemade truffle!
