Nothing brings back childhood memories for me quite like an advent calendar - they completely embody that childlike impulse to count down the days until Christmas. It seems after all these years they still hold a special place in my festive season, as advent calendars are always the centre of winter (and autumn… and summer!) conversation at Paper Tiger!
