If you are unhappy with a product or dissatisfied within 30 days of your online purchase we would be happy to give you a refund. To do this we ask that you please return the item to us in the original packaging and in good saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt. Exclusions to the refund policy include personalised items and personal items such as earrings.
The item can either be returned in person to one of our stores or by mail. We will refund any return costs due to our error or for damaged stock.
We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks.
If you have received the wrong item in your delivery, then we are very sorry and we will get the correct item to you soon as possible. Please contact our customer service by email or phone.
If there is an item missing from your delivery then please check your delivery invoice or confirmation emails. If the delivery invoice states that there is an item that should have been delivered then please contact our Customer Service by email or phone.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our store. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
