How do I make an order online at Paper Tiger?
It is very easy to purchase an item on the Paper Tiger website. All items can be found in the navigation or in the search box. Each product category will allow you to browse all products in that section. Often these sections will multiple pages and you can click 'next' or previous to browse through the products. After you find an item of interest you can click on "Add to Cart". Once the item is added to the cart you will be taken to the cart page to review. Items can be removed, their quantities changed, or you can click 'continue shopping' to return to the homepage. To proceed with your order, you can click on "secure checkout".
Do you need an account with Paper Tiger before you can order?
You will allowed to purchase as a guest rather than forced to set up an account
Can I track my order?
After you make your and your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your order details.
Can I change my order?
It is not possible to change your order after it has been confirmed online. You will have to get in touch and we will be happy to help. Also, if an order has already been dispatched we are unable to alter it.
What if there is an issue when i make my online order or I am unsure if the order has been placed?
It is possible to sign in to your account and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email that the order has gone through. If your are still unsure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 0131 226 2390.
How can I cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com or call +44 0131 226 2390. If the order has already left our store you will need to follow our returns and refunds guidelines.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We will be happy to receive your order over the phone, but please have the details of the item you would like to order
When do I pay?
Full payment will be taken the moment after you place your order online
How will I know if an item is in stock?
All items displayed in the website are in stock. The website will also display stock levels and will indicated if stock levels are low for a particular item.
What countries do Paper Tiger deliver to?

Does Paper Tiger deliver to an address that is different to the billing address?
Yes. When you go to the checkout you are able to use a different delivery address to your billing address. Also, if you register with Paper Tiger, you will be able to save multiple addresses on the website.
Can i send an item abroad?
Paper Tiger ships and delivers items all around the world from Edinburgh, Scotland, where we are based. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. However, if there is any issue or complication with the shipping cost of your purchase, we will be in contact by email to clarify.
What should i do if i forget my account password?
You can request a new password by clicking the 'Sign in' link in the top right corner of the website. You can then click the 'Forgotten your password?' link to request a new password.
What happens if i have a problem when i go to pay?
If you receive an error the first time you enter your c/c details, it may be that you have forgotten a field or made an error when entering your details. The cause of such an error will appear in red and you will be instructed to add your details again.
If you enter your details correctly but after you submit your details the page seems frozen on 'processing payment' this may be an issue with the browser you are using. We always recommend using the very latest version of your internet browser. If this persists, then please contact us. If your order has gone through correctly, you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to see the order details in the order history section of your account if you have created an account when making the order.

Which stores can I have my order delivered to?
All click and collect orders can be picked up from our Stafford Street store:

When will my order be ready?
If the item is in the store then it will be ready after ordering. If the item is in another store, then it will be ready the next working day.
How long do I have to collect my purchase?
Click & collect items should be collected within 7 days of delivery to the store. If you need to extend this time period, please contact us to arrange an alternative date for collection.
Are the online prices the same as in Paper Tiger stores?
Yes. The prices in the stores is identical to the prices shown online.
Are all products in the Paper Tiger shops available on the website?
There is a large portion of the Paper Tiger items available online but there is a greater selection available in the stores. If an item appears out of stock on the website you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request information on the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paper Tiger accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Can I use Paypal?
