We have just received our new carrier bags, which is a cause for excitement here at Paper Tiger!
Firstly, we have reversed out the design, and overprinted a white bag with our orange stripes and logo. I think they look great.
Secondly, these bags are made using potato starch! Potato starch is compostable in your food waste bin or home composter, or in garden waste recycling. They are made using plant based material which degrades into various elements under micro-organism action. They are also GMO free.
I never imagined the humble spud being used as a bag! I like chips (you can probably tell), and I can confirm that although this bag looks great, it lacks flavour.
