Paper Tiger has been a Real Living Wage employer for many years, and has been a proud supporter of the campaign. We’re also delighted to be a Living Wage Scotland accredited employer promoting #LivingWage and tackling low-pay through local action in Edinburgh. The city is bidding to double the number of Living Wage accredited businesses, and lift thousands of workers out of poverty wages.
The new rate has just been announced for the coming year, rising from £9.50 to £9.90 - that represents an increase of 4.2%. That percentage increase is also enjoyed by salaried staff, to help them maintain their standard of living.
