Our Click & Collect Service is FREE for any orders at Paper Tiger Edinburgh. The collection point is in our Stafford Street shop: Stafford Street. Please note that Click & Collect is not currently available in our Lothian Road shop.

WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER TO USE CLICK & COLLECT?

Place your online order before 2pm, and we will have your order ready for you to collect after 4pm on the same day.

For orders placed after 2pm, you willll be able to collect it after 11am on the following day (as an example, orders placed on Monday after 2pm will be available for collection Tuesday from 11am).

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER IS READY?

We'll send you an email when your order is ready, confirming availability for collection at our Stafford Street shop.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

We need to see your order number from your email (printed or on your phone), and proof of ID. Acceptable ID can be: the payment card you used for the order, or a current photo driver's licence or passport. We cannot release your order without seeing your ID. We will require a signature from you on collection.

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?

Yes the can, but to prevent fraud, please let us know by replying your click and collect email and ensure that the person you've nominated has your order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence) so we can verify them. We will require a signature from your nominated person on collection.

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?

We’ll hold your order in store for a maximum of 7 days, after which we’ll contact you by phone or email to clarify what you wish to don with your order. If you wish us to hold an order for a longer period we are happy to do so by prior arrangement.

I’VE LOST MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL - WHAT CAN I DO?
Firstly, check your junk mail, spam folder and the 'email bin' within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here by accident.

If you have an account on www.papertiger.co.uk, you’ll be able to find the order number in your order history by logging into your account and finding the relevant order number.

If you weren’t logged in at time of purchase, don't worry! We should still be able to verify you - please bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode to the Paper Tiger team member.

We won’t let anyone collect orders without verifying the order number and their identity.

I WAS UNABLE TO COLLECT MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we’ll contact you for further instructions. If you no longer require the item, in most cases we will return it to our store stock, and refund your account. Please note that this the refund may take up to 5 working days to process.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
You can return a Click & Collect order to our Stafford Street shop.
