A sweet apple gum dusted in powdered freezedried yuzu- which is a japanese citrus fruit with a distinct flavour. It has the sweetness and smell of mandarin, the bitter notes of grapefruit and the acidity of lime. Freezedrying means you retain a very natural flavour and all the complex aromas without added colours or preservatives.
