This bean-to-bar chocolate, handmade in Edinburgh, uses non-deodorised organic cocoa butter to make this rich and smooth white chocolate. This means the chocolate carries over all the flavour of the butter, and none of the chalkiness that is common in lower quality white chocolates. The freeze dried raspberries give this bar a satisfying crunch and add a tangy note to this sweet surprise. The bergamot is full bodied and heady, like a strong cup of Earl Grey tea.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, MILK, cocoa butter, raspberries (10%), bergamot oil (<1%), vanilla. Nuts are used in the chocolate tree factory. These boxed chocolates come as two separately wrapped little bars inside, 40g each, 80g total.
