Love Cocoa Raspberry Champagne Truffles

These wonderfully presented truffles are sure to please any chocolate lover out there. Fresh cream ganache infused with Marc de Champagne and a smooth raspberry purée is coated in a white chocolate shell decorated with raspberry pieces, making each truffle exquisite.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, fresh cream (MILK, glucose, freeze-dried raspberry (2%), Marc de Champagne (1%), raspberry puree (1%), sorbitol, skimmed MILK powder, (emulsifier) SOY lecithin, beetroot colour, natural flavour. White chocolate contains min. 30% cocoa butter, min. 20 % milk solids.
