This beautiful tartan tin is full of soft, crumbly, melt in the mouth Edinburgh rock. Originally made by accident in the 19th century by Alexander Ferguson. Edinburgh rock is quite distinct from conventional rock and has a more soft crumbly texture. Gardeners Of Scotland have proudly continued making the traditional treat in Scotland since 1949. Gardeners family recipes have been closely guarded and passed down through three generations.
