Angela Harding's Scottish Robins
Posted on 3 Nov 13:46The festive season is officially underway at Paper Tiger, and our shop windows are looking spectacular! This November, we are singing A Winter's Song across all four of our Edinburgh shops, courtesy of our newly installed Angela Harding displays.
The Scottish Robin takes centre stage, and for good reason. In November, these busy little birds are out in full force preparing for the colder months ahead: marking territory, gathering their resources, and singing their hearts out at all hours. We have taken a leaf out of their book and have been busy preparing our shops for the bustling season ahead.
Angela Harding’s iconic linocut prints capture the stark, beautiful reality of British winter wildlife and the Scottish landscape. From magnificent freestanding Advent calendars that reveal a new piece of art each day to luxury boxed Christmas cards and beautifully illustrated roll wrap, her collection brings genuine artistic quality to the season. Taking the time to choose and write a physical card is a meaningful ritual, ensuring your festive greetings are truly cherished.
Much like our feathery neighbours, now is the perfect time to get your own winter preparations organised early. Pop into Stafford Street, Lothian Road, Morningside Road, or Raeburn Place this week to see the displays in person, or explore the collection online for speedy delivery: Angela Harding Collection
